We are working together with the Bellevue School District, the City of Bellevue, and United Way to provide seamless services for our families and students to support student academic success. These free services include, but are not limited to academic support, parenting education, health and mental health services, dental services, English classes for adults, recreation, and more.
United Way
The United Way brings caring people together to give, volunteer, and take action to help people in need and solve our community's toughest challenges. The Bacon Family Foundation is a proud member of the United Way's "Million Dollar Roundtable".
HopeLink
Hopelink serves homeless and low income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities. Hopelink's mission is to promote self-sufficiency for all members of our community; helping people make lasting change. The Bacon Family Foundation is a strong supporter of Hopelink's mission.

From a national standpoint, poverty and education are at epidemic levels. Every day the national statistics are becoming a local reality. It is a common assumption that all people who live on the Eastside have money. In the Bellevue School District alone we have 4 elementary schools and 2 middle schools categorized as Title 1 and, unfortunately, more are on their way every day. Title 1 means that 40% or more of the children at the school qualify for free or reduced price meals. Last year Hopelink turned away nine hundred families in need of help because they simply didn’t have the funding. Imagine nine hundred families without food or shelter- right here in our very own community.
